## Operation, Activation and programmes

- **Soma Session:** Individual, couple or small-group appointments of 12, 20 or 25 minutes with private access and an automated sequence.
- **Soma Lounge:** 45–60 minute ambient cycles, continuous landscapes and simple access before or after treatments.

- **Soma Reale:** Immersive environment, projection, sound, light, seating, TholusOS, initial programmes, installation, calibration, commissioning and training.
- **Activation:** Service format, duration, initial price, booking, reception script, staff routine and opening plan.
- **Measurement:** Baseline, sessions, occupancy, net revenue, contribution, staff time, uptime, support and aggregated feedback.

## Measurement

Operational and economic results are measured on the actual property; the model separates observed data, assumptions and comparisons.

- **Baseline:** Existing guest flow, available capacity, comparable services, price, costs, staff time and current room use.
- **Operational metrics:** sessions, occupancy, net revenue, contribution, staff time, uptime, support, aggregated feedback.
