For agencies and designers

The immersive part of your project, ready to integrate.

We support agencies, exhibition builders and designers in creating immersive experiences for events, stands, showrooms and visitor destinations. Content, interaction and integration, within an agreed scope.

You have a concept to deliver and several disciplines to coordinate. We bring content, systems and interaction together as one part of your project, with deliverables and responsibilities agreed with your team.

What you can entrust to us

A complete immersive experience or a specialist contribution to a wider project. We agree what TUN will design, produce, integrate and put into operation, including the interfaces with your team.

Content

Storytelling, audiovisual production, projection imagery and sound, shaped around what the audience needs to understand.

Interaction

Audience actions and the experience’s responses. Apps, QR/NFC and AI can connect visits, further information and content when they serve the immersive project.

Systems and integration

Projection, control and component integration. Lighting, geometry, access, power and operation are assessed on site; testing and launch follow the agreed scope.

Where we can contribute

Four possible contexts. We assess formats and installation against audience, space, timing and operation.

Trade fairs, launches and activations

An immersive presentation or interactive challenge engages visitors at the stand.

Immersive Arena 270°

Showrooms and company visits

Story Room

Visitor centres and visitor destinations

How we work together

We can join at different stages. Before starting, we agree the client relationship, responsibilities, approvals and project credits.

Qualified referral

Introduce a concrete need and the information you can share. Together we agree how to begin the discussion with the client and your role in the next steps.

Design collaboration / co-delivery

Your team can retain the client relationship and overall project direction. TUN delivers the agreed immersive part, with defined interfaces, revisions and deliverables.

Specialist subcontracting / white-label

You can present the project under your own brand, with TUN providing technical and production support. TUN’s visibility, use of materials and credits are agreed before work begins.

One main experience. More places to begin.

A point in a shop can lead to a visit at the main site. Each experience has value on its own.

  1. In the shop or showroom

An object, a gesture, a short story. Discovery starts here.

  2. At the main site

Visitors who wish to continue can access the main experience through a simple invitation or QR.

  3. Back at the shop

A return visit can deepen product knowledge and continue the relationship.

The first point can stay active. A visitable main site and agreed management are required; replication, adaptation and maintenance are assessed for each location.

How we assess a project

Useful information includes the occasion, audience, venue, date, indicative budget, available content and the part you would entrust to TUN. A name, email and brief context are enough to start; other details can follow.

Configuration

We adapt languages, graphics, content, sequences and options already supported by the system.

Customisation

We develop a specific story, scenes and interactions using a proven technical base.

New development

A new mechanic, sensor or behaviour requires a feasibility assessment and a separate estimate of time and cost.

Projects and materials to explore

The immersive theatre project shows how TUN coordinates space, content and production in front of an audience. Its project page documents the completed work; format pages describe systems and requirements to assess.
