Project visualisations

The heart of Story Room

Bring your visitors into the world of your organisation.

A visit can show samples, products, films and presentations. Story Room connects them in one journey and gives them context, starting with what visitors should understand, feel and remember.

What matters

Products, materials and applications

In the room

Become part of the visit even when they cannot be physically present.

What matters

Processes, expertise and places

In the room

Become easier to understand through image, sound, light and interaction.

What matters

History, people and decisions

In the room

Give visitors the context to recognise what makes the organisation distinct.

What can become present

Products, processes, places and stories enter the room.

Technology makes present what a conventional visit cannot show with the same continuity.

Stone, wood, fabric and metal samples arranged on a design table.

01

Products and collections

Ranges, variations, details and applications beyond what is physically displayed.

A technician checks a precision component beside a CNC milling machine.

02

Processes and expertise

Making, quality checks and knowledge that normally remain outside the visit.

Terraced vineyards and a small winery on a hillside in morning mist.

03

Places and territories

Sites, landscapes, vineyards, workshops and distant locations.

A curator examines photographs, technical drawings and a historic component in an archive.

04

History and identity

People, archives, milestones and decisions that shaped the organisation.

An architect and client examine a physical model of a public building.

05

Future projects

Spaces, installations or solutions that do not yet exist physically.

Engineers inspect equipment at a solar farm with wind turbines in the background.

06

Cases and applications

The product in the context where it creates value, not as an isolated object.

A designed configuration. Screen, sound, lighting, interaction and software serve the story rather than imposing a format.

How the room is experienced

Two ways to experience the same room.

The mode follows the audience and the visit programme.

01 · Guided visit

The team leads the story.

From the kiosk, staff call up chapters, products, places, processes and further detail while the room supports the presentation.

02 · Self-guided visit

Visitors choose what to explore.

The interface opens content and detail while screen, sound and other elements follow the choice.

Real projects

Experience built in the field.

Story Room draws on our experience in immersive and multi-projector systems, audiovisual production, interactive software and installations open to the public.

The visitor journey

Every visit is built as a journey.

This is an example narrative structure: sequence, pace and content change with each project.

One complete project

From an empty room to the first real visit

Together we define the space, story and interactions. Then we produce the content, software and web app, build the room, test it with visitors and hand it over ready to use.

The team and client choose the Story Room screen, kiosk, projector, sound, lighting and finishes.

01 · 11

We choose the configuration.

We define the screen, projection, kiosk, sound, lighting, capacity and visit format.

The client and an adviser compare budget, grants, sponsors and finance for the immersive project.

02 · 11

We review budget and funding.

We prepare the cost plan and explore available grants, sponsors, private funding or finance options.

Curators and designers study photographs, archives and objects to shape the visitor story.

03 · 11

We research the story and audience.

We gather archives, objects and first-hand accounts, then select what every visitor needs to understand.

The art director and lighting designer test materials, colours and lighting inside the future Story Room.

04 · 11

We design the space, colour and light.

We plan layout, circulation, finishes, acoustics and lighting around the projection.

A narrative designer and visitors test the Story Room kiosk, journey and interactions.

05 · 11

We design the visit and interactions.

We set the sequence, duration, kiosk choices, accessibility and how the group takes part.

A production crew films and scans an object for the Story Room multimedia content.

06 · 11

We produce the content.

We create film, photography, 3D scans, animation, voice, music and sound design.

The software team tests digital control connected to the curved screen, kiosk, sound and lighting.

07 · 11

We develop the software and control system.

We connect the interface, projection, kiosk, sound and lighting in one custom system.

Visitors take part in the Story Room using the branded web app on their phones.

08 · 11

We configure your branded web app.

In the 180° configuration it opens in the browser, allowing visitors to choose, take part and revisit content without requiring a native app.

Technicians install the Story Room curved screen, projectors, kiosk, sound, lighting and network.

09 · 11

We build the room.

We install the screen, projectors, kiosk, sound, lighting, network and finishes, then integrate every component.

A test audience uses the Story Room while the team observes understanding, timing and interactions.

10 · 11

We test it with real visitors.

A test audience checks understanding, timing and choices before we refine the journey, sound, light and interfaces.

The team hands over a complete, tested Story Room that is ready for visitors.

11 · 11

We hand it over turnkey.

After commissioning, training and documentation, the room is ready for its first visitors.

01

Welcomes different audiences

Every visitor finds their own path.

Buyers, families, partners and schools choose the themes that interest them from the kiosk. The room responds with the right content and pace.

One coherent journey.

Connect story, product and further detail throughout the visit.

Inside the project team

We join the work where we are needed.

We can start from a brief or join an established project, respecting the architecture, building services, visual identity, responsibilities and shared programme.

Space and experience

We translate the concept into a feasible visit without displacing the project’s creative direction.

  • Architects and architecture practices
  • Interior, spatial and experience designers
  • Exhibit and museum designers
  • Scenographers, lighting and acoustic designers

Engineering and construction

We share dimensions, connections, technical access and requirements needed to coordinate the installation.

The scope of the 180° configuration. It is confirmed after the technical review. The 180° configuration includes standard installation, visual customisation of our software platform, a branded web app and one initial journey built from materials supplied by the client. Original productions, native apps for the App Store and Google Play, special integrations, building or services work and finishes outside the configuration are quoted separately.

The technical review defines dimensions and configuration. Instalments, leasing or operating leases can be explored through financing partners on request.

Space, layout and performance

Technical choices follow the experience and the place.

The 180° configuration provides verifiable references. Before detailed design, we review footprint, lighting, circulation, visibility, services, technical access and maintenance.

Content that evolves

The room grows with your stories.

Products, languages, campaigns and journeys can be updated over time. The same system supports every new visit.

Start with the audience

Choose who you want to welcome and what you want them to take away. Buyers, families and schools need different timing and language.

Update what you tell

New products, collections, languages and content enter the journey while the structure stays familiar.

Design a comfortable room

Controlled light, clear routes, good visibility and easy component access make visits and maintenance smoother.

Give visitors something to return to

Documents, QR codes and further reading help each visitor keep the part that matters to them.
