How we work

From an incomplete idea to a proposal your team can decide on.

We make the objective, feasibility, investment and responsibilities explicit. Each phase produces a shareable output, so decision-makers know what has been checked and what comes next.

Assess your project

Getting started

You do not need to have every answer.

You do not need a finished specification. In the first conversation, we check the objective, location, main constraints and the information needed to prepare a proposal.

After the first conversation

You know which information is sufficient, which checks remain open and what the next step will be.

Process

Four phases, four outputs to share.

Each phase states what has been checked, what needs a decision and which document remains available to the project team.

  1. Brief and context

We check the objective, audience, location, timeframe, stakeholders and preferred level of support.

    Output
Shared briefIt records priorities, available data, missing information and the agreed next step.
  2. Feasibility

We review dimensions, access, light, systems, availability, constraints and technical responsibilities.

    Output
Feasibility outcomeIt separates confirmed conditions, incompatibilities, open checks and responsibilities to assign.
  3. Itemised proposal

We define the configuration, content, logistics, installation, support, timing and conditions.

    Output
Comparable proposalIt separates inclusions, exclusions, investment, assumptions and options that require a decision.
  4. Handover and continuity

We test the agreed scope and make operation, support and subsequent activities explicit.

    Output
Handover record and operating planIt brings together testing, documents, training, contacts, support and upcoming deadlines.

Level of support

How much will your own team manage?

State the operational outcome you need. The available support level is confirmed for the specific solution and within the quotation scope.

You have a technical team

Equipment only

Use the brief to confirm whether your team can manage setup, operation and venue responsibilities.

You need a working handover

Setup and commissioning

Describe access and the operational contact so we can assess installation, testing and operational handover.

You want to delegate delivery

Full service

Share the scope and schedule so we can assess coordination, on-site operation and dismantling.

Describe the support you need

Responsibilities

Who manages what is written down before handover.

the usual neXt

  • Turns the brief into a verifiable scope
  • Flags incompatibilities and missing information
  • Prices only the activities, materials and support explicitly listed

Client and venue

  • Share access, schedules, systems and known constraints
  • Confirm contacts, permits and site conditions
  • Approve content, changes and responsibilities by the agreed deadlines

Risk reduction

No cost or status without a clear reason.

Declared logistics

Transport, access, loading windows and travel are separated from the other items.

Feasibility before promises

Capacity, footprint and availability are not presented as confirmed without sufficient information.

Visible responsibilities

The quotation and brief separate what we manage from what remains with the client and venue.

One request, continuous context

The brief remains the reference for checks, the quotation and the next action, so you do not start again.

FAQ

Before the quotation.

Do I need to have a venue already?

No. You can start with the objective, audience and timeframe. The venue becomes necessary when it affects feasibility, logistics or cost.

Can I request equipment only?

Yes, state this in the brief. The support level is checked against the solution and your team’s responsibilities.

When do I receive a price?

When the scope is sufficient. If an item cannot yet be calculated, the quotation must state why and identify the missing information.

Does the brief commit me to buying?

No. It prepares a technical and commercial assessment without turning an estimate into a binding offer.

Next step

Tell us the objective, location and timeframe.

You do not need to prepare a specification: these details are enough to begin the first assessment.
