It suits you if…
- You run a micro, small or medium-sized business.
- Your business has its registered office in the Varese area.
- You want to exhibit at a trade fair abroad or an international fair in Italy.
- Your costs are the stand rental and fit-out, or the registration fee.
It is not for you if…
- Your registered office is outside the Varese area.
- You are a large business: the call names only micro, small and medium businesses.
- You received a grant under the same call last year, did not formally renounce it and sent the report: priority goes to firms that did not.
- You only want to cover internal costs, staff or optional services: the call does not pay them.
How much you can get
The grant ranges from €3,000 to €4,000 per business. Your project spend must fall between €2,500 and €10,000. The call pays 30% of the spend, and 40% for female-led businesses. You pay the rest yourself. The call does not say whether an advance is available or how the grant combines with other aid: ask the Ufficio Innovazione Finanziaria.
- If you spend €5,000, you receive €2,000 and pay €3,000 yourself.
- If you spend €10,000, you receive €4,000 and pay €6,000 yourself.
What it pays and what it does not
Pays
- Renting and fitting out the exhibition space (your stand) at the fair.
- The fair registration fee.
Does not pay
- Optional services and supplies: electricity, stand cleaning, insurance, transport of materials, translation and interpreting, consumables.
- Internal costs and staff costs.
