How much you can get
The aid is a grant of up to €1,500. The rate is at most 66.60% of the costs the call pays for. You pay the rest yourself. Funds are awarded first come, first served, so they can run out early, and the programme can end early. The call does not state whether an advance or a payment method is planned: ask the chamber before you apply.
- If you spend €1,200, you receive €799 and pay €401 yourself.
- If you spend €2,500, you receive €1,500 and pay €1,000 yourself.

Mistakes that cost you the money
- You start the consulting before your application is complete. Consequence: The consulting is not funded.
- You choose a consultant from outside the pool. Consequence: The costs do not count as costs the call pays for.
- You have not fully paid your basic levy when you apply. Consequence: A requirement is missing, so the application cannot be funded.
- You hire a pool consultant to whom you have economic or personal links. Consequence: The requirement is breached and the grant is at risk.
- You file several applications or consulting services for the same member. Consequence: Only a single funded consulting service is possible.
- The trade licence behind your membership is no longer active at settlement. Consequence: The settlement can fail.
