It suits you if…

  • Your organisation is registered in an EU country or another eligible country.
  • You can join a group of independent organisations from different countries.
  • You are comfortable applying through an EU online portal.
  • You can find partners and agree on the work with them in good time.

It is not for you if…

  • You want to apply alone: the call asks for a consortium, unless it states otherwise.
  • Your organisation is established in Russia, Belarus or in non-government controlled territories of Ukraine.
  • Your organisation is subject to EU restrictive measures or is in an exclusion situation of the Financial Regulation.

How much you can get

The call has a total budget of €10,760,000 for all projects together. The call does not state a minimum or maximum grant per project, or the funding rate: if you are unsure, write to the help desk before you draw up the budget. The money is a grant, and an advance payment is available. The grant follows a no-profit rule: if revenues plus the EU grant exceed the costs, the surplus is deducted from the final grant.

What it pays and what it does not

Pays

  • Purchase costs, unless they are declared as a unit cost.
  • Subcontracting costs.
  • Staff costs, unless they are declared as a unit cost.

Does not pay

  • The call does not state which costs are excluded: if you are unsure, write to the help desk before you commit to any spending.
  • The consultant's fee for writing the proposal cannot go into the budget.

Mistakes that cost you the money

  • Applying as a single organisation. Consequence: The call asks for a consortium, so the application may be rejected.
  • Including a partner established in Russia, Belarus or in non-government controlled territories of Ukraine. Consequence: That partner is excluded from the call.
  • Leaving out an annex or supporting document. Consequence: The application can be found incomplete.
  • Putting the consultant's fee in the budget. Consequence: The cost cannot go into the budget.
  • Leaving the final days for registration on the portal. Consequence: You may miss the closing date.

We'll help you with the application

We prepare free of charge the documents about our products: technical and project description, a quote split by the call's cost items, timing and data sheets to attach. For questions about the call, Horizon Europe National Contact Points (Funding & Tenders Portal), the public help desk for applicants, guides you.

For this call and your type of organisation we do not yet have a partner consultant who prepares the application.

In European calls a consultant's fee cannot be put in the project budget: it is paid with your own funds.

If your project includes the usual neXt solutions, you can buy them from us, with a quote split by the cost items of the call.
