It suits you if…

  • You want to analyse the capital markets that influence investment in neighbourhood renewal.
  • You can build an investment solution that attracts more money to these projects.
  • You work with partners from other countries in one international consortium.
  • You can test your solution in the number of countries the call requires.
  • Your organisation has its registered office in an eligible country.

It is not for you if…

  • You plan to apply alone: the call is built for an international consortium.
  • You are subject to EU administrative sanctions or restrictive measures.
  • Your organisation is established in Russia, Belarus or the non-government controlled territories of Ukraine.
  • Your organisation is established in China and the action is an Innovation Action.

How much you can get

The whole call has a budget of €7,000,000, shared among all selected projects. The call does not state a minimum or maximum grant per project, or a funding rate. Eligible costs take the form of a lump sum, a fixed amount instead of invoices for each cost. Payment is made as an advance and interim payments. Ask your National Contact Point how the lump sum is set before you plan your budget.

What it pays and what it does not

Pays

  • The call pays a lump sum, a fixed amount for the project.

Does not pay

  • A consultant's fee for writing your proposal cannot go into the budget.

Add to calendar

What you need

  • Application form (Part B), describing the analysis, the investment solution and the types of capital.
  • A plan to validate the solution in the minimum number of Member States or Associated Countries that the call sets.
  • A budget line for engagement with the New European Bauhaus hub, at or above the minimum share the call sets.
  • Partners from different countries in one consortium.
  • Digital identity for the online portal, set up before you submit.

How to apply

  1. Open the call on the EU funding and tenders portal, where you apply online.
  2. Build the consortium and confirm that every partner is eligible.
  3. Plan the market analysis, the investment solution and the validation in the required countries.
  4. Write the application form (Part B) and include the budget line for the New European Bauhaus hub.
  5. Reread the official call, then submit before Tuesday 1 December 2026.

Each step explained in more detail: “How to apply for a grant in 7 steps”

Mistakes that cost you the money

  • Planning validation in fewer countries than the call requires. Consequence: The application may fail the requirements and be rejected.
  • Leaving out the budget share for engagement with the New European Bauhaus hub. Consequence: A required element is missing from your proposal.
  • Including a partner from an excluded country or under EU sanctions. Consequence: That partner is not eligible and the consortium may be rejected.
  • Applying without a consortium. Consequence: The call is built for international partnerships, so a single applicant risks rejection.
  • Putting a consultant's fee for the proposal into the budget. Consequence: The cost cannot be funded.
  • Leaving the portal identity set-up to the last day. Consequence: You may miss the closing date because you cannot submit.
